Anyone know about the new halliburton facitity for illegals? The jail in the USA?

My boyfriend was telling me a new facitity is being set up for undoented people. It is being run by halliburtin. It is for undoented people/illegeal/no citizens. It is to keep them away from our regular citizens. Does anyone know about it? It is my understanding that they want to keep our regular poup separate from others (non americans). Then I saw the bus system. If there is another protest do you think thoses busses will come and sort them to deportation or prison? I understand there are finger prints and some offenses go back some go to prison and repeats go directly to prison. I do not know what the facititly does or if it has a death row or follow us law. Anyone know anything? I was really supprised of the huge protests. I thought people we affraid of INS. I was supprised the would congregate in huge mes and even more supprised the were not grabbed up. I saw a recent war protest footage in my town and people were alted by police.
