Sweaty hands, problem!?

I've been holding hands with my boyfriend for quite a while now. I keep noticing how sweaty my hands are. Not dripping, slimy sweaty but self consciously sweaty. I don't want surgery or extra lotions and potions etc, is there any way I can minimise this, or even get rid of it? I really don't want to go to the doctors, it's not really bad enough.
