How to get rid of a speech impediment?

I have a terrufying lisp! I am in fifth grade about to be in sixth and I don't want to look stupid. Plus, if I don't get rid ofthe impediment I may miss P.E to go to speech cl! Anyway, can you please help me fix it quick?
