Is Navi Mumbai emerging a better place than Mumbai?

Mumbai is the financial hub of India but its sister city Navi Mumbai is giving it a run for its money. Navi Mumbai is presently the world's largest planned city with superb roads, infrastructure, transport and retail as well as a booming corporate corridor coming up in Vashi and other areas. Navi Mumbai is also going to have India's largest state of the art airport coming up in 3 years time. JNPT is already ahead of Mumbai port in competition. What is your opinion about this? Is India getting a new world cl city in Navi Mumbai?
