Can we sue the pharmacy?

Ok. So my mom just started getting morphine from her doctors for her back pain her normal dosage is 15mg of rapid release when ever the pain is really hard to handle then she also has 30mg of extended release ones that she takes one time a day. the pharmacy did this backwords and gave her 15mg extended release and 30mg of rapid release. since friday she has been in pretty much a coma like state she has just been sleeping and last night at about 1:30 in the morning she fell out of bed and couldnt move she couldnt talk she has no controll of her musles she cant even walk. so my question is can we sue the pharmacy that gave her the wrong dosage because she is sitting in the hospital right now and cant really do anything for herself.
