Christians: How can we feel pain in hell (please, no trolling)?

There's a difference between anguish and agony. Moreover, pain is a physical sensation, but we say that because it's caused by physical triggers. If the mind is a spiritual thing, it's theoretically possible to have spiritual triggers causing pain. But that's a whole new can of worms...
