Deduct last year's charitable donations as well as this year's?

Hi. I always take the standard deduction but this year I actually have enough itemized deductions to not choose the standard. As I was filling in my Turbo Tax deduction page, a box came up for undeducted 2005 charitable donations. Since I took the standard last year, I could not claim my charitable '05 deductions. Do I claim them now for the year 2006 at a 50% difference?
