Enhance auditory learning skills? ?

Hi I am a college student who is taking developmental psychology as well I have a learning disability myself. If you havent ever had a psychological evaluation I would highly recamend it. I find myself I have to ask people to repeat things many times because they are talking too fast I have a learning disability that involves slow processing speed. Basically I do not intake auditory information at the same rate as everyone else does. I have learned although I am not dumb, I am actually fairly intelligent my iq is above normal and my logic skills are actually close to genious level I am lucky. My ability to think logically is in the 80th percentile. You sound like ur in the same situation you probably have coped with your learning disablity by learning to rely on your visual skills rather than your auditory. It would probably deffinitially be worth your while to look into a psychological evaluation this will not only tell you what ur weaknesses are but allow you to understand your strengths.
