Help please dog swallowed rocks!?

My dog eats rocks (I'm not sure that big) and C-Ds and stuffed animals. He trows up, then is usually is fine later. He gives us puppy dogs eyes when hes felling bad or needs attention.He has only needed surgery once, when he hurt his hind leg. You could find a vet near you and call them to ask about what to do. Hope it works out! I LOVE DOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
