How could i ask her if shes gone all the way O.o?

This might piss off some ladies (or guys) in here so my apologies if they do, but ive been getting to know this girl in college and well ill be honest i just want know if shes gone all of they way before plain and simple. No im not a perv... but its ok if you think i am its all good but yeah i know its rude to ask if you go about it wrong or just in general but i would like to know if i should just ask politely and respectfully?
