How much does booking an event cost at a banquet hall?

Im thinking of booking my sweet 16 at the World's Fair Marina, so do they charge you for both booking and their menu or only their menu? If they charge for booking, then how much does booking usually cost for a banquet hall? Im planning on inviting around 50-60 people.
