Is bhumi pujan by a govt employee/ govt servant/ a bureaucrat/ a military official is not against secularism?

it do. it is quite foolish public places, particularly in government offices, this kind of religious formalities are conducted. government officials who are supposed to be intelligent are not able to understand the simple fact that government belongs to the whole community of india not necessarily for one religion. when this is allowed in such places, punishment to be given to the in-charge of that place or office however big he is!
