What do you think is contributing to society becoming more messed up everyday?

People are just acting more strange by the day. There is just a loss of common sense nowadays also. When people don't even know where to find milk in a grocery store then there is definitely a serious problem out there. What's the world coming to when there are people doing random shootings at courthouses, colleges, schools, etc just for the thrill of it or for revenge. Only to have the culprit kill themselves because they knew they would go down for the crime - to me that shows that they are cowards because they can't face the punishment that will befall them - however in most cases they are better off dead, it's to bad that they had to take innocent people with them. Also, what makes it common practice out there to kill police officers - officers being shot in the line of duty is increasing more and more. Police are out there to protect us so why are we so mean to them. We are well on our way to becoming a third world country, like Iraq. So why worry about them, worry about the USA.
