E.U restrictions on Mugabe? What are they and how are they helping?

I'm trying to write a speech for a debate. I'm on the opposition and we're saying the E.U is not failing Africa. I've been giving the topic of different boycotts and embargo's that are non-monetarily helping Africa. Mugabe was suggested to me by one of my researchers but I'm not really sure as to what restrictions are on him and how these restrictions are helping Zimbabwe. As much detail as possible or even links to info would be majorly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just found an old bottle of dried sage can I still use it?

I just stumbled upon 2 bottles of dried sage and dried rosemary that i've had for about 4yrs now. Can I still use it or do I have to throw them out?

What are the most beautiful places in Washington State?

I am looking for a wonderfully beautiful, secluded out of the way place to have my wedding. It will be a very small gathering ( 5 people) and we would prefer a place that is out in nature, publicly accesable, and beautiful. The fewer tourist that we run into the better. Neither of us are big hikers, so a place that is easy to get to woudl be best, but a little hiking is okay. Waterfalls, forests, and wonderful views will be top of our list. Let me know if you have suggestions.

What would you do if you found a photograph of an overweight man?

I was walking down the street with one of my friends yesterday, and I found a Polaroid of an extremely overweight, extremely shaven man. It only went from his knees, till half way up his stomach, from the front... I've been thinking about writing a disturbing letter to go along with it, and mailing it to one of my friends, claiming to be a secret admirer... anyone got any better ideas?

Change his ways a bit? NO. Not going to happen. Not worth trying either. You broke up because he wasn't meeting your perfectly reasonable needs, that's not going to change. You're probably thinking that he texted you cause he wants to get back together, which may or may not be the case. Either way doesn't matter. If you do decide to respond to his text just tell him something like "Yeah, I'm doing fine. Things are good." I know you want to tell him you don't hate him but that will just encourage him to pursue you, you don't want that. Also don't bother asking him how he's doing or anything else that of course would invite more texting. Ignoring his text is also a good choice. The point is don't encourage him. You're not ready to be his "friend" or have any kind of relationship with him.
